Panama City bar crawl FAQ

The OG Crawl costs $65 per person. Your ticket includes five drinks and cover charges at the five scheduled bars and clubs.

Premium drink and professional photo upgrades are available at check-in.

Book online on The OG Crawl page: choose your date, enter your details and pay. You get a confirmation by email right away, and we send the meeting point by WhatsApp or email on the day of your crawl.

We operate in Panama City, Panama, in Central America, not Panama City or Panama City Beach, Florida.

Every booking asks you to confirm the destination before you can pay, so bookings for the wrong city follow our normal refund policy: 100% back when you cancel 24 hours or more before the start, and 50% after that.

Cancel 24 hours or more before the start time and you get a 100% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start get a 50% refund.

If you don't cancel and don't show up, there is no refund, but your ticket isn't lost: you can reschedule to another date within one year or give your ticket to someone else.

Yes. For groups of 10 or more we build private bar crawls around your music, route and celebration, from $70 per person. Options include the Private OG Crawl, a speakeasy tour with craft cocktails, a party bus and group dinners.

Private crawls are paid one week before your date, or once your group's trip to Panama is confirmed, and are final sale with no refunds. Please reconfirm the trip with your whole group before paying.

The Panama Barcrawl is a Panama City nightlife company running hosted bar crawls in Casco Viejo since 2017. Our public experience is The OG Crawl, and we also plan private nights for groups and celebrations.

We handle the hosting, introductions, route, timing and venue transitions so the night runs smoothly.

No. The experience was built with Black travelers in mind, including the music, hosting and social atmosphere. We welcome respectful guests from around the world who enjoy the culture and follow the group standards.

Expect Afrobeats, hip-hop, rap, dancehall and amapiano. The music changes from venue to venue and night to night. We pick venues for energy and flow, but we can't guarantee specific songs, DJs or genres at every stop.

Yes. Cover charges at the five scheduled venues are included. Entry is still subject to each venue's ID, dress code, conduct and security rules.

Yes. A soft drink counts as one of your five included drinks, so you can enjoy the whole night without alcohol. Tell your host at check-in that you'd like non-alcoholic options.

In Casco Viejo, Panama City's historic old town and one of its main nightlife districts. The route is on foot between venues.

The OG Crawl runs Wednesday through Saturday, with check-in for an 8:00 PM start. Check the booking calendar for availability, since dates can sell out.

About four hours. The hosted part usually finishes around midnight, and you can keep the night going afterward if you like.

We send the meeting point on the day of your crawl by WhatsApp or email. Check your messages before you head out.

Not always. We choose the five venues each night based on music, crowd and how the venues are running, so you get the best night available in Casco Viejo.

Message us right away using the contact details in your confirmation. The group moves between venues, so arriving late can mean missing check-in, part of the route or an included drink. We can't guarantee late guests will be able to find or join the group.

The OG Crawl runs rain or shine. The experience happens inside bars and clubs, and we provide ponchos for the short walks between venues. Rain isn't a reason for a refund, but if severe weather ever stops us from running the crawl, you can choose a new date, store credit or a full refund.

Guests must be 18 or older with a valid photo ID. Each venue makes the final decision on ID and entry.

Bring an original, valid government-issued photo ID, such as a passport or driver's license. Venues might not accept a photo or copy of your ID.

If you'd rather not carry your passport, bring another original government photo ID.

Dress for a night out, with comfortable shoes for walking and dancing. Avoid beachwear, athletic wear and flip-flops, since venues can refuse entry based on their dress codes.

The OG Crawl is a hosted, organized group experience. Our team manages the route, keeps the group together and shares expectations throughout the night.

No nightlife activity is completely risk-free. Stay with the group, watch your drink and belongings, drink responsibly and follow guidance from your hosts and venue security.

We keep the group welcoming and respectful. Aggressive, discriminatory, threatening, sexually inappropriate or disruptive behavior is not accepted, and guests who affect the safety or experience of the group may be removed without a refund.
