Do you organize bachelor and bachelorette parties in Panama City?
Yes. Bachelor and bachelorette parties are one of our specialties. We handle the route, the venues, the music, VIP access and transportation, so your group just shows up and celebrates. Birthdays, corporate teams, reunions and friend trips are welcome too.
How far in advance should I book a private bar crawl?
We recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks ahead, and earlier for holidays, long weekends and festival periods. Private nights depend on venue availability, so the sooner you lock in your date, the more options you have.
Can we choose the bars, the music and the route?
Yes, that is the point of going private. Tell us the vibe you want (rooftops, cocktail bars, speakeasies, clubs, a specific music style) and we design the route around your group. You set the energy and we handle the logistics.
Is dinner included in a private bar crawl?
Dinner is not included by default. We can add a dinner stop at one of our partner restaurants as part of your itinerary. Many groups start with dinner before the crawl, so just tell us when you request your quote.

Private bar crawls are paid one week before your date, or once your group's trip to Panama is confirmed. Private crawls are final sale and cannot be refunded, so please reconfirm with everyone in your group that the trip to Panama is confirmed before you pay.
Do you provide transportation and hotel pickup?
Yes. Private experiences can include round-trip transportation, and at the end of the night we take you back to your hotel. Tell us where you are staying when you request your quote.
